Germany, Weimar. A Silesian Eagle, Ii Class Archive with a white cotton circle(Schlesischer Adler, II. Klasse). Constructed of blackened magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse consisting of a Silesian Eagle overlaid by silvered crescent and cross, clutching a silvered banner with a raised inscription of FR SCHLESIEN (FOR SILESIA), measuring 31. 56 mm (w) x 46. 53 mm (h), weighing 19. 8 grams, in better than very fine condition.
